Karuna Sewa Charitable Trust follows a transparent policy for voluntary donations. Because charitable contributions are immediately earmarked and allocated toward active social welfare and relief initiatives, donations once successfully completed are generally non-refundable once an official 80G tax receipt has been generated.

In the event of an accidental technical double deduction, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized account debit caused by a payment gateway glitch, donors may submit a written refund request within 7 business days from the transaction date.

To initiate a review, please email onlinegrowthhub@gmail.com with your full name, transaction ID, bank reference number, payment date, and amount. Upon successful verification of duplicate deductions, refunds are processed back to the original source bank account or card within 7 to 10 working days.

Donors who have set up recurring monthly contributions or auto-debit pledges may pause or cancel their recurring schedule at any time by contacting our support team at onlinegrowthhub@gmail.com or calling 9032666855 at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
